Bathroom Remodeling & Design Services
Lamont Bros. is an award-winning, full service, design build firm. We’ve been remodeling bathrooms in the Pacific Northwest for nearly 20 years guided by beautiful design and quality craftsmanship.
What Services Do We Offer?
As a design build firm, we help design your bathroom, and then we build it. You’ll meet with our team to discuss your aesthetic preferences, your dreams, and how you want to interact with your space. We’ll come up with a design that checks those boxes while staying within your budget.
What Kind of Bathroom Remodels Do We Do?
We've remodeled master bathrooms, primary suites, Jack & Jill bathrooms, powder rooms, small bathrooms, large bathrooms, and everything in between.
We'll convert your old tub into a shower, redesign your space for aging-in-place, we can even add a bathroom somewhere new.

Common Questions
Do you work in my area?
Our showroom is located in West Linn, but we work all over the Portland Metro area: West Linn, Lake Oswego, Oregon City, Beaverton, inner Portland, and up into SW Washington.
I think my project is too small for you guys.
Okay, this one isn't a question, but is something we hear. We're happy to help with small bathrooms or powder rooms. You should still reach out. We love designing projects of all size, and smaller projects can be a great way for you to get to know the company in a low-stakes way. Typically projects that are too small for us would be single trade. So if you just want tile, or flooring, or new plumbing you might reach out to a contractor who specializes in that trade.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels take between 3-8 weeks to complete depending on the scope of work. A simple pull-and-replace bathroom or half-bath remodel falls towards the lower end of that spectrum. On the other hand, a fully custom master bath will likely require the full 6 weeks, if not longer.

Still Have Questions?
If you have specific questions about your project, reach out to our team! We'd be happy to talk through your bathroom remodeling ideas.
Otherwise, here's a few other pieces of information:
What's included in a full bathroom remodel?
A complete bathroom renovation typically includes demolition, plumbing and electrical updates, new fixtures (toilet, shower/tub, vanity, lighting), tile work, flooring, paint, mirrors, and hardware. We customize every project to your specific needs and budget.
Do I need to move out during the bathroom remodel?
No, not usually. If it's your only bathroom, we work efficiently to minimize disruption and can often arrange temporary solutions.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes, as licensed contractors, we handle all permit applications, coordinate inspections, and ensure your bathroom remodel meets all building codes and regulations.
What warranties do you offer?
We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty covering all labor and installation. Additionally, all products come with manufacturer warranties that we pass through to you—these typically range from 1 year to lifetime depending on the product.
How do I prepare for a bathroom remodel?
Generally you'll need to clear personal items from the bathroom, plan temporary bathroom arrangements if needed, and ensure access to the work area. We handle protecting your home during construction.
Can you match my home's existing style?
Yes! Whether you have a historic home requiring period-appropriate details or a modern home needing contemporary finishes, our design team specializes in creating bathrooms that complement your home's architecture and your personal style.
