- Design a dedicated water closet with integrated storage for greater privacy and organization
- Implement aging-in-place features including a built-in shower bench and strategically placed grab bars for long-term comfort and safety
- Install custom storage with butcher block countertops for natural warmth and functional organization
Secondary Bathroom
- Renovate the hallway bathroom with matching countertops, cabinetry, floor tile, and backsplash
- Reconfigure its Jack and Jill bathroom layout by creating a single-entry design to maximize wall space and improve privacy

- Custom frosted glass windows with 2/3 frosted, 1/3 clear glass design for privacy while maintaining natural light and exterior views, featuring an operable top section for ventilation
- Recessed shower niches strategically positioned to store toiletries in a clean, organized manner
- Dual-function shower system with overhead rainfall shower and diverter
- Three-tier tile design featuring darker glazed small-format tiles that extend to the vanity backsplash, complemented by 12x24 marble-inspired tile for the lower shower walls
- Heated porcelain flooring using durable 12x24 light-toned tiles
- Professional mitered corner details throughout the shower for seamless, clean edges
- Custom frameless and semi-frameless shower glass for a modern, elegant aesthetic
