Oregon City Estate Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel
Description
This home remodel in Oregon City included major changes to the kitchen and primary bathroom. The home was built in 1925 and was in need of both functional and aesthetic updates.
Our team re-designed the kitchen and bathroom to better meet the needs of the modern homeowner.
CHALLENGE
The owners of this Oregon City estate wanted a contemporary kitchen and bathroom designed specifically to meet their personal needs.
For this project, our team’s goal was to update both the function and aesthetic of the kitchen and primary bathroom. The challenge was to design a space that maintained the home’s historic charm while bringing it into the 21st century.
Solution
To update the style and function of their kitchen, our design team re-designed the layout. This involved moving and enlarging the range, relocating the refrigerator, and expanding the size of the sink.
The bathroom features several luxury upgrades including heated floors, a custom tile shower, and a cast iron clawfoot tub.
