Remodeling Superintendents
Administration
David & Joseph started Lamont Bros. together in 2008. The company’s name pays homage to the brothers’ Scottish clan heritage.
David
As the head of our production staff, David leads operations and handles the development of our field personnel. He ensures that our customers get the best experience possible through overseeing and improving all of our production systems. He believes strongly in the personal development of our team and that when they are taken care of all our customers are served well. In his free time David enjoys spending time with his wife and four wonderful kids, and helping his children develop their talents and skills.
Joseph
Since he was young, Joseph enjoyed the design and construction of hundreds of remodeling and construction projects. Joseph leads our Design and Sales team to ensure that our customers get the white-glove experience they deserve. He develops and trains our Design Consultants, Designers and Project Managers to help them reach their full potential and thrive while helping customers accomplish their remodeling dreams. He also oversees our communication and messaging to help us communicate clearly and effectively. In his free time you’ll find Joseph volunteering for Portland Mountain Rescue, climbing or enjoying time with his wife and three children.

She is passionate about space planning, product selections, and attention to detail. Her lifestyle passions are family, coffee, food, and weekend getaways to cooler weather.
Adrienne
Adrienne grew up around construction, whether it was turning on lights for an open house or swinging a hammer to build ramps for those in need. She received her bachelor’s degree in interior design from Washington State University, in Pullman. She is passionate about creating spaces for people to help make their lives better. When not designing she is hiking, baking her famous cupcakes, or hanging with friends.
Project Managers
Jeremy
Jeremy has been in the construction business as a professional for more than two decades. But he’s been building stuff since he was 8 years old! His first big project was constructing picnic tables at age 10 and selling them at a corner store. He spent one decade working as a carpenter and another as a project manager. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys racing cars, camping, 4-wheeling, and volunteering as a firefighter at the Dundee Fire Department, where he was recently promoted to lieutenant.
Adam
Adam is a Portland native who grew up doing landscaping and handyman projects with his father. After completing a cross-country bicycle tour in 2011, he decided to pursue his interest in carpentry professionally and spent 8 years with various design/build companies in the area before transitioning to project management. His experience in the field, as well as with sales and design, gives him a well-rounded perspective on remodeling. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, mountain biking, and DIY pursuits like brewing beer and keeping chickens.

Russell
Russell has experience with new construction and remodeling. He has led the construction of whole-house remodels, new homes, and multifamily construction. As a carpenter, he has the most experience in bathrooms, kitchens, framing, and green building assemblies. In 2019 he was awarded the Phenom award from the Portland Daily Journal of Commerce for his work on a net-zero multifamily construction project.
James
Zeb
Zeb has 22 years of experience in the trade, with extensive skills in woodworking, finish carpentry and construction. In his spare time, Zeb, his wife, and his 4-year-old daughter work to renovate their own century-old house in rural Washington county. Zeb enjoys all aspects of remodeling and appreciates the finer details in making a client’s home their dream home.
Eddy

Administration
Daniel
Daniel joined Lamont Bros. in 2016 and handles most of the bookkeeping, payroll, and other detailed record-keeping for our team. He recently earned the CCIFP certification from the Construction Financial Management Association. When he isn’t tracking Lamont Bros. financial details, he enjoys working on his own home improvement projects, old-time fiddling, and reading books with his seven children. His ideal remodel would be a 2-bedroom addition over the garage.
JT
JT has worked in construction for just over 10 years, exclusively for Lamont Bros. He currently functions as the production coordinator managing, coaching, and developing the field teams that build our projects. He has a wonderful wife and four small children at home, and in his time off enjoys doing projects and activities with them. Cycling, home improvement projects, skiing, and enjoying or making music (JT plays the 4 string banjo) with family are all hobbies he enjoys.
