Carver Custom Home

Our team had the pleasure of designing a custom home for a client who wanted to retire in a home that would offer both comfort and tranquility. The client was immediately drawn to a beautiful lot located right on the Clackamas River, surrounded by a stand of old-growth fir trees. The challenge was to design and build the home while minimizing the removal of the trees.

One of the main features of the home was the indoor/outdoor living space. A back deck was designed to overlook the stunning property and provide a seamless transition between the interior and exterior living areas. The deck also provided the perfect space for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful views of the river and surrounding forest.

Another important aspect of the project was custom cabinetry and built-ins. Our team worked closely with the client to design and build unique features that would provide ample storage and functionality while also complementing the overall aesthetic of the home.

Privacy was also a key consideration in the design of the home. The front of the home was designed to provide privacy from the road, while the back of the home opened up to the expansive property and the river beyond.
