A dated primary bathroom was transformed through a pull-and-replace renovation, replacing wall-to-wall carpet with luxury vinyl tile and trading a unused jacuzzi for a modern freestanding tub. The project maximized existing layout while updating finishes and adding thoughtful features like strategically placed shower niches.

This Lake Oswego primary bathroom renovation balanced modern upgrades with the home’s unique Japanese architectural heritage. The project expanded into adjacent spaces and included basement bathroom and laundry room refreshes, all completed while coordinating with out-of-state homeowners.
