West Linn Kitchen Remodel
Description
Remodel Cost (2022): $124,000
The client wanted to update their kitchen to better reflect their own needs and style.
We settled on a pull-and-replace kitchen remodel with updated appliances and new white cabinetry.
CHALLENGE
The original kitchen was built in the 1990s and needed an update. The primary challenge for this project was balancing the homeowner’s needs with a realistic budget.
The client chose to forego some other proposed renovations in order to focus on a high-quality kitchen design.
Solution
To stay within budget, the client chose budget-friendly features including “good” tier cabinets, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances.
The homeowner also decided to keep their current hardwood floors rather than replace or refinish them.
