For this kitchen remodel, we installed heat-resistant Quartzite countertops from Cosentino and expanded the island, adding extra storage and creating more space to work. We also added a custom table designed to slide under the island, so that the space could flex to meet the client’s needs.
We overcame a few challenges during this remodel. Initially, the homeowners wanted to keep their original cabinets, but refinishing them would have been just as expensive as replacing them. So, we decided to install all new cabinets, ensuring better product quality and longevity.
We also discovered a beam right where the hood vent was supposed to go. Our team was able to bring our a structural engineer, get the required permits, and install the new vent with minimal delay.
These homeowners are thrilled with their remodeled kitchen. It now perfectly suits their cooking and entertaining needs. With more storage, increased countertop space, updated lighting and a new tile backsplash, the kitchen has been transformed into a functional and stylish area where they can cook, bake, and host gatherings with ease.
