A dated primary bathroom was transformed through a pull-and-replace renovation, replacing wall-to-wall carpet with luxury vinyl tile and trading a unused jacuzzi for a modern freestanding tub. The project maximized existing layout while updating finishes and adding thoughtful features like strategically placed shower niches.

This bathroom renovation transformed the space into a highly functional modern retreat. The pull-and-replace approach allowed for complete material updates while keeping the effective existing layout.

Key improvements focused on the shower and tub area, where a cramped shower was replaced with a spacious custom tile version. The design incorporated thoughtful details like a dedicated footrest for shaving and multiple storage niches, while the dated jacuzzi gave way to a contemporary freestanding tub.

The transformed space now provides a fully functional primary bathroom that aligns with the homeowners’ needs and contemporary style preferences, eliminating unused features in favor of practical, modern amenities.
