Alex grew up in Northern Minnesota and began working in a family friend’s restaurant at age 13. He started at Lamont Bros as a Tile Apprentice before moving to General Carpentry Assistant and enjoyed working on many projects for two and half years before becoming our Purchasing Specialist in January of 2020. The challenges of material procurement and supply chain management in the last two years have made Alex enthusiastic about the opportunities we have to make things happen and hopefully make things better for our clients. Away from work, Alex spends lots of time with his large family, cooking, visiting with friends, meeting new people, playing violin, and taking day trips to explore Oregon.
