Lindsey Neal is a seasoned, award-winning Interior Designer with over 15 years of experience transforming spaces across a wide range of sectors—including restaurants, set design, hospitality, luxury housing, and luxury senior living. Her design expertise is matched by her exceptional organizational skills, deep construction knowledge, and a proven track record of leading successful design teams.

After a decade and a half of designing high-end commercial environments, Lindsey transitioned into residential design with a clear purpose: to make a more personal and lasting impact on the lives of homeowners. Her approach is grounded in thoughtful functionality and elevated aesthetics, guiding clients through the entire design and build process with confidence and clarity.

Lindsey's passion lies in creating spaces that not only reflect her clients’ visions but also enhance their daily lives—bringing comfort, beauty, and purpose into every corner of their project.

Before becoming a Design Consultant, Steve worked as a Remodeling Superintendent for Lamont Bros. Clients loved the attention to detail and craftsmanship he brought to his trim carpentry and large-scale geometric pattern work. Combining his hands-on field experience with a BA in Organizational Leadership, Steve brings project management and problem-solving expertise to every project he leads. Outside of work, Steve shares his life with his wife, four children, a dog, and a colony of bees.

California-born and Oregon-raised, Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from California State University, Chico. She is passionate about space planning, product selections, and attention to detail. Her lifestyle passions are family, coffee, food, and weekend getaways to cooler weather.

Adrienne

Adrienne grew up around construction, whether it was turning on lights for an open house or swinging a hammer to build ramps for those in need. She received her bachelor’s degree in interior design from Washington State University, in Pullman. She is passionate about creating spaces for people to help make their lives better. When not designing she is hiking, baking her famous cupcakes, or hanging with friends.

Nikki is an interior designer with over four years of experience, specializing in multifunctional, feature-rich spaces. Her work integrates unique features like concealed bookcase doors, expansive skylights, and custom kitty doors, emphasizing personalized design. Nikki holds an Associate of Science in Interior Design from Portland Community College, with expertise in kitchen and bathroom design, drafting, and rendering. Passionate about biophilic design, she is pursuing CKBD certification and is dedicated to creating innovative, beautiful, and captivating spaces.

Juliana joined Lamont in 2023. She is committed to integrating functionality and beauty, believing in homes that cater to both physical and mental well-being. Juliana has almost a decade of hands-on experience in interior design and remodeling, and understands firsthand the transformative power of crafting spaces that resonate with one’s unique lifestyle and aspirations. During her leisure time, she enjoys gardening, renovating her own home, and playing music.
