The kitchen design process should be full of fun, organized and inspiring. When you set up a meeting with us you can start the process at the comfort of your own home or meet at our Lamont Bros’ showroom with one of our expert kitchen remodel design consultants. The kitchen design consultant will help guide you through all your questions, endless kitchen remodeling possibilities and help you create a budget that makes sense for you.

Once the kitchen remodel and your budget is defined, our design team will guide you through creating a specific design that meets your goals, hopes and stays true to the budget. You'll work with our Project Manager, Designer and your Design Consultant through every step of the kitchen remodel process. They will make suggestions, create top of the line 3D renderings, and investigate the intricacies of your home to eliminate surprises during construction.

The end of the design process leaves you with detailed permit drawings, every product that's going into your kitchen defined and a fixed-price construction contract. That enables you to start construction with the confidence that everything possible has been done to make your kitchen remodel a great success. Our design-build process makes us a true one-stop-shop. We do it all from start to finish.

Construction Process

Sometimes the most frustrating part of remodeling for most people is not knowing the people working in their home. When are they showing up? Are they showing up today? Why is the subcontractor here asking me questions?

One of the unique parts of working with Lamont Bros is our in-house kitchen remodeling team. Once we start your project, we're with you from start to finish. Your Kitchen Remodeling Superintendent is responsible for the on-site management and much of the work that happens day-to-day. He or she will update you every day about the daily work, and give you a weekly snapshot via our project management software once a week.

Our design and construction teams work as one, removing the confusion and problems associated with outdated home remodeling tactics.
