Project Description
This addition in Beavercreek Oregon exudes our client’s personality and passion for the place they call home. Nods to the beautiful countryside can be seen throughout the ranch down to the smallest detail like the rope knot hardware.
Design Details
We started in the heart of the home by creating a massive opening connecting the kitchen to the family room. The space now accommodates their growing family and love for entertaining. This downdraft range allows for proper ventilation without compromising the site line to the stacked stone fireplace featured in the living room.
Design Solution
Stone and custom wood details established a rustic theme throughout. Stone was sourced to extend the exterior façade onto the addition as well as for the new hearth that surrounds the living room fireplace. The pebbled bathroom floor references the many creeks that can be found in the local area and the live edge wood shelving and bar top pull the outdoors in.
