Leadership team

David started Lamont Bros with his brother in 2008. David leads our operations and handles the development of our field personnel.  He ensures that our customers get the best experience possible through overseeing and improving all of our production systems. He believes strongly in the personal development of our team and that when they are taken care of all our customers are served well. In his free time David enjoys spending time with his wife and four wonderful kids, and helping his children develop their talents and skills.

Joseph started Lamont Bros with his brother in 2008. Since he was young, he's enjoyed the design and construction of hundreds of remodeling and construction projects. Joseph leads our Design and Sales team to ensure that our customers get the white-glove experience they deserve. He develops and trains our Design Consultants, Designers and Project Managers to help them reach their full potential and thrive while helping customers accomplish their remodeling dreams. He also oversees our communication and messaging to help us communicate clearly and effectively.  In his free time you'll find Joseph volunteering for Portland Mountain Rescue, climbing or enjoying time with his wife and son.

Basharia is a design enthusiast! Her 7 years of experience ranges from high end hardwood flooring sales to full scale residential remodeling. Keeping all the details together is her forte and she strives to educate on all things interiors. On top of all that she is passionate about cooking, blogging, and playing with her dog Reptar.

California-born and Oregon-raised, Emily received her bachelors degree in Interior Architecture from California State University, Chico. She is passionate about space planning, product selections and attention to detail. Her lifestyle passions are family, coffee, food, and weekend getaways to cooler weather.

Brenden comes from a family of construction. From the time he could carry a bucket he was helping his grandfather with their family business. He started his career with an electrical apprenticeship before deciding to pursue carpentry. He chose to join Lamont because we care deeply for the customer experience and take great pride in our work. In his free time, Brenden hits the open road on his motorcycle and spends time with his wife.

Caleb started his carpentry career doing small remodels on the coast. He came to Lamont Brothers seeking to work for a solid company with great integrity, drive and vision (We do our best to create that culture!). In his free time he loves to work on sporty vehicles and complete fun woodworking projects at home.

Aaron joined Lamont Brothers in 2014, and loves the Lamont company culture. In his free time Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, hiking, biking, and singing on, and off, the job site! “I love my job and am blessed to be part of this magnificent team,” says Aaron.

Davy has been with Lamont Brothers for several years. His work ethic and positivity are contagious! He is a third-generation carpenter, inheriting his passion for building from his father and grandfather. He loves to eat delicious food and hang out with his family.

Cory started early in construction at the age of 16, and moved to Portland from Alaska several years ago. His skills range from landscaping to finish carpentry. In Alaska he owned his own general contracting company completing remodels.  He loves all the trades but most enjoys finish work. He is excited to join our growing team! In his free time Cory enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and fishing.
